Rules & Regulations
- The candidate is responsible for any breakage in the Practical Lab./ Anatomy Room / Lab. during the practical training period.
- It is essential to obey the rules of the college and Hostel.
- Fees and other dues once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances even if the student leaves the courses.
- In all disputes regarding the course, the decision of the Director of the College will be final and binding.
- All legal matters or litigation will be settled in the court of TINSUKIA.
- Hostel facility will be allowed to the student for his/her full course duration.
Important Information for the Student
- Director/Principal reserves the right to change any rule. For any dispute, decision given by the Director/Principal will be final.
- Fees will not be refund if the student leaves the institution after the admission or during the course, due to any reason what so ever it may be.
- Right of admission is reserved.
- Formation of Unions/Association of students is not is not allowed.
- Wearing of prescribed uniforms during theory and practical training is compulsory.
- Students are expected to take proper care of the movable and immovable properties of the institute and if any damage is caused to the property as disfiguring of walls, door fittings, breaking of furniture and laboratory or hospital instruments etc. This may be considered as indiscipline and action will be taken against the student. The students may be charged for loss or damage to property or equipment caused by his/her carelessness negligence or misuse.If the damage is done intentionally, disciplinary action, rustication of student may be ordered by the Director/Principal of the Institute.
